1. Programme Aims
- Develop students' critical thinking in order to evaluate the factors affecting the success of the innovation process and its application in creative organisations
- Use academic and action based learning to gain insight into the complexity of the creative industries and the innovation process, analysing and evaluating problems and responding to challenges through case studies and in real time
- To develop students understanding of the innovation and design processes within creative organisations, analysing and evaluating their use through practical and theoretical projects
- To develop students approach to user centred innovation opportunities
- To equip students with the insight to consider the future to inform design solutions and business strategy
- To provide students with the skills of advanced networking and team working in order to compete in a rapidly changing business environment

Students must choose one optional module in Semester 1, so they are doing 3 core modules + 1 optional module. Students must choose two optional modules** in Semester 2, so they are doing 2 core modules + 2 optional modules in Semester 2.

5. Criteria for Progression and Degree Award
In order to be eligible for the award, candidates must satisfy the requirements of regulation XXI.
