Gym floor classes
These innovative sessions add variety and excitement to your workouts, utilising unique elements using the UK's largest Outrace training rig.
Based in Holywell Fitness Centre, we currently offer four different 30-45 minute gym floor classes, available to both members of Holywell and Powerbase at no additional charge. You will be guided by our expert Fitness Coaches and motivated by working out alongside others. Classes can be booked by non members at our class pay as you go fee.
Build
High Intensity Circuits designed to build strength and explosive power, pushing your muscles and heart rate to the max.
Burn
High Intensity Interval Training workout to maximise calorie burn and improve cardiovascular endurance. Get ready to sweat!
Buddy Up
A mix of HIIT and interval training to get your heart racing. Work as pairs or small groups to smash through the reps.
Turn Up & Tone Up
A total body workout designed to test your strength, endurance, cardio & core. Have fun while improving your overall fitness!
