Victim First

If you have been subject to or witnessed a crime you can receive support from Victim First.

Victim First University Support. Victim First provide support sessions on campus for staff and students impacted by crime. Book a slot between 12-3pm via the student portal. Dates available are 16 Oct, 20 Nov, 11 Dec, 15 Jan, 19 Feb, 19 Mar, 21 May and 18 June.

Victim First are a free, independent and confidential service supporting victims and witnesses of crime across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Their caseworkers offer free, confidential, and independent advice and tailored support to meet your needs. You can find more information on the .

In the 24/25 Academic Year, Victim First are offering support to students between 12:00 and 15:00 on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 20th Nov 2024
  • Wednesday 11th Dec 2024
  • Wednesday 15th Jan 2025
  • Wednesday19th Feb 2025
  • Wednesday19th March 2025
  • Wednesday 21st May 2025
  • Wednesday 18th June 2025

These appointments can take place in person or they can be delivered remotely.
