The work will be carried out over 4 days starting Monday 21 August until Thursday 24 August, between the hours of 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

- Wednesday 23 August - Ws5 and Ws6
- Thursday 24 August - Ws7 and Ws8

Does this affect me and how?
During the upgrades, Workspaces hosted on the affected servers will not be available until the work has been completed.
We recommend allowing post-maintenance background processes to complete overnight before resuming the use of any Workspaces. If you experience any issues accessing Workspaces after the work has been completed, please contact IT Services.
If access to a file is required whilst a Workspace is offline, we suggest taking a copy and liaising with colleagues to avoid multiple versions being created and uploaded once the Workspace is available.
