From 27 February, members of staff at 天堂视频 and Imago Ltd with a my.HR account (eg those who are not casual workers or University Teachers) will need to accept and apply for jobs within my.HR.
Following a recent system upgrade, iTrent has changed the way it is authenticating Web Recruitment users. As a result, staff will need to access the appropriate job portal through the ‘Jobs and links’ menu in my.HR instead, which can be found by clicking on the person icon in the top right-hand side of the my.HR dashboard.
Please note the process will not change for external users, casual workers and University Teachers. These groups should continue to apply for jobs using their personal email address on the recruitment system.
Guidance, including an interactive tool, will be available on my.HR from Monday (26 February) to help direct users to the most appropriate place when looking for vacancies. This can be accessed by selecting the my.HR Job Portals article under the ‘News’ tab.
