Creative Gallery

Doctoral researchers were encouraged to unleash their imaginations to express their work/research experiences using creative methods. For example, baked goods, sculpture,鈥疞ego庐, crochet/knitting, poems/song writing, drawing, storyboarding, newscasting, photography, animating, dramatisation, puppeteering, computer simulations, and so much more!

Doctoral Researchers who took part in this year's Creative Gallery were:

  1. Tanya Gleadow - 'Choose Your Own Adventure - PhD Edition' (Science) 
  2. Selena Mariano -  'Heathens' (Social Sciences and Humanities) 
  3. Helen Sutherland - 'Glitterfish' (Design and Creative Arts) 
  4. Victoria Linsley - 'Oh crumbs...have I been sitting for too long today?' (Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences) 
  5. Imoleayomide Ajayi - 'Illuminating the Labyrinth: A PhD's Journey of Hope' (Science) 
  6. Omeiza Haruna - 'An Awkward Challenge' (Design and Creative Arts) 
  7. Yajie Hu - 'More Than Just Sustainability' (Design and Creative Arts) 

Those who received a prize are as follows:

  • Winner = Omeiza Haruna 
  • Runner-Up = Imoleayomide Ajayi 
  • People's Choice = Yajie Hu
