Prior to joining 天堂视频 in 2019, Olga was a consultant in the healthcare industry and doctoral and post-doctoral researcher at University of Hohenheim in Germany.
She holds a Dipl.-Psych. degree (equivalent to a combined BSc and MSc in Psychology) from University of Mannheim and doctorate in Work and Organisational Psychology from University of Hohenheim (both: Germany).
Olga’s research interests include the impact of work design and the built environment on work outcomes and occupational health. She focuses on the interplay between personality and work design/ergonomics on people’s wellbeing, job performance and behaviour such as conflict strategies in social interactions. In her research she applies psychological theories to explain why the same working conditions may not be suitable for everyone. Her research provides practical implications for the design of work environments.
