Kabiru is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management/Organisational Behaviour within the Work and Organisation group at 天堂视频 Business School. He received his PhD in Employment Relations/Human Resource Management from London South Bank University. Prior to joining 天堂视频, Kabiru has held academic positions in the UK and Nigeria including being a Senior Lecturer at London South Bank University and Research Fellow at Lagos Business School.

Kabiru is a member of the Academy of Management and the British Universities Industrial Relations Association.
