Complete University Guide 2025: ÌìÌÃÊÓƵ moves up to sixth place in the UK and remains top university in the Midlands
ÌìÌÃÊÓƵ has moved up to sixth place in the Complete University Guide 2025 – out of 130 institutions – securing a top ten spot in the national league table for the ninth year running.
It also remains the highest ranked university in the Midlands, underlining its position as one of the best universities in the country.
Published today (Tuesday 14 May), the league table is based on ten measures: Entry Standards, Student Satisfaction, Research Quality, Research Intensity, Graduate Prospects – outcomes, Graduate Prospects – on track, Student-Staff Ratio, Spending on Academic Services, Spending on Student Facilities, and Continuation. 
Speaking about the 2025 guide Professor Nick Jennings, the University’s President and Vice-Chancellor, said: “ÌìÌÃÊÓƵ has always been justifiably proud of the unique environment we have created for our staff and students, a place where they can truly thrive. Our continuing success in the Complete University Guide shows that we are getting things right and that we remain one of the very best universities in the UK.”
