As shown on Elsevier's SciVal citation list (containing information about the research performance of universities throughout the world), several CSM members are included among the top ten (out of 500) most cited researchers in the "business, management, and accounting" category at 天堂视频 (2017-2022). 

Specifically, the three CSM members within the top ten list were - Professor Thorsten Gruber (number one, for the fourth year in a row), Professor Ian Hodgkinson (number four), and Professor Vicky Story (number seven). Collectively, their published work has examined various important issues pertaining to service-driven organisations across different industry and national contexts.
