Professor Gruber receives two awards for his research
CSM Director Professor Thorsten Gruber recently received two conference awards for his research. The first was the Best SERVSIG Conference Paper Finalist Award at the 10th SERVSIG Conference in Paris in June 2018 for the paper titled: “Brave New World: Robots in the Service Front Line”.
The paper was a collaboration project together with colleagues from Singapore, the US, Germany and Australia, which explored the potential role service robots will play in the future. You can read the full article
Professor Gruber also received the EURAM Best Paper Award – Second Winner by the Innovation Strategic Interest Group at the EURAM 2018 Conference in Reykjavik.
The paper, “Building Legitimacy for New Service Constellations with a Social Objective”, was a collaboration project together with colleagues from Ghent University and the University of Nottingham.
