CSM Publishes Must-read Article for Marketers
At the end of 2014, the renowned Marketing Science Institute (MSI) asked MSI’s Academic Trustees to review the past year’s journal articles and recommend a few must-reads for marketers.
We are pleased to announce that Professor Gruber, CSM Co-Director, is a co-author of one the selected papers. It was published in the Journal of Service Research (JSR) and is the only JSR article on the list (the other articles were published in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing Science, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology and International Journal of Research in Marketing).
