Congratulations to Angeliki Mali who recently passed her PhD viva with only very minor corrections.
Angeliki's thesis is titled Lecturers’ tools and strategies in university mathematics teaching: An ethnographic study. Her research explored lecturers’ teaching practice and knowledge in a tutorial setting at a UK university. The thesis provides insights into how and why university mathematics teaching happens in certain ways. It also offers an analytical approach to the development of lecturers’ knowledge for teaching mathematics at university level.
