Phebe is an Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Phebe was Chair of Institution of Civil Engineers, London 2022-23. She had been Chair of the Chartered Institute of Building Leicester Centre. James Studman is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. James has been working over forty years in the construction industry for contractors and employers. His experience includes rail infrastructure projects - Public Private Partnership Metronet, Crossrail, Millennium Dome and many others. James is an expert witness in the housing disrepair field. Dispute resolution and more importantly dispute avoidance is a key part of his role.
