British Council awards funding for Net Zero study of UK and Saudi Arabian dwellings The School of Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering are thrilled to announce that our Programme Director for MSc in Net Zero Building Services Engineering (NZBSE), Mahroo Eftekhari, has been awarded significant funding from The British Council for her project. 17 April 2024

Phebe is an Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Phebe was Chair of Institution of Civil Engineers, London 2022-23. She had been Chair of the Chartered Institute of Building Leicester Centre. James Studman is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. James has been working over forty years in the construction industry for contractors and employers. His experience includes rail infrastructure projects - Public Private Partnership Metronet, Crossrail, Millennium Dome and many others. James is an expert witness in the housing disrepair field. Dispute resolution and more importantly dispute avoidance is a key part of his role.
